NIACE was commissioned by MLA East of England to prepare this report in order to:
- enhance their understanding of current adult learning and skills agendas and their delivery within the region;
- identify opportunities for museums, libraries and archives to contribute to key adult learning and skills agendas;
- enable them to advocate for the cultural sector within adult learning and skills developments;
- inform museums, libraries and archives and facilitate local partnerships
