Daily Mirror Archive, 1903-current

Daily Express Archive, 1900-current now completing

A century and more of the Daily Mirror and Express pages and editions, from launch to today, all as-published and free-text searchable, on a website dedicated for Library and Education users: http://www.ukpressonline.co.uk

As well as a sliding scale of discounts for MLA members, new subscribers are offered a month’s free evaluation access to all databases and facilities.

Type in a name, a word or a phrase and get the page or edition, to scroll, download and/or print.

  • UKPressonline is a professional tool for researchers of 20th century history as it happened, but is simple-to-use and of engrossing interest to every library user
  • Every workstation in a subscribing library can have automatic access via IP recognition, and library members can also have remote access by library card
  • Prices are determined by library band under the MLA Framework agreement, with progressive discounts as more libraries subscribe

The full Daily Express, 1900-current will be available shortly, with the Sunday Express 1915-current and Daily Star 1978-current to follow. Desktop literature/instructions will be provided.
