www.publicinformationonline.com

Public Information Online is a complete collection of parliamentary papers available to download in Portable Document Format (PDF) including:

  • House of Commons Papers
  • House of Lords Papers
  • Bills
  • Explanatory Notes
  • Command Papers
  • Standing and Public Bill Committees

Public Information Online provides a one stop shop for official information and allows the user to search by title, keyword, corporate author, paper number, publishing date or ISBN.

The collection commences with the 2006/07 Parliamentary session. Public Information Online is a joint venture between Dandy Booksellers Limited and The Parliamentary Bookshop. Dandy Booksellers has been supplying Parliamentary material to Public and Academic Libraries for fifteen years. The Parliamentary Bookshop is the content supplier for Public Information Online and is a trading division of the House of Commons with unparalleled access to its documents and information.

Although some of this information is available online elsewhere, it can be difficult to locate. In addition, some information is only available in html format and there is no guarantee that this information will continue to be available in the future. Public Information Online makes all this information available on one site, in PDF format, with permanent access.

Public Information Online is simple to use, fully searchable and all documents are uploaded on the day of publication. Public Information Online will help users find current information easily and enable libraries to offer an online facility which is up to date showing exactly what is passing through the Palace of Westminster that day or within 24 hours of being published in hard copy.
