Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets approved

Performance management of the Renaissance programme at national level has focused on 3 areas:

  • the collection of data in order to report on delivery of the PSA targets;
  • monitoring of the Hub’s delivery plans; and
  • evaluation of the overall impact of the programme.

Significant performance management and evaluation activity is undertaken at hub and project level; the task here is to establish national consistency and evidence of overall impact.
