Mystery Shopper Project & Toolkit
Shropshire Museum Service led a consortium of Museums across the West Midlands in a training and development initiative, Mystery Shopper Staff Development Project, focusing on customer service. The project proved both an effective tool to develop staff and benefit visitors, while offering a sustainable approach to work and future development. The programme evaluation and toolkit itself are available here for museums to utilise independently.
