Young Cultural Creators

Young Cultural Creators is a creative literacy activity intended to spark the creative imagination of children outside mainstream education by bringing them into contact with museum, library and archive collections, in the company of a published poet.

MLA funded the delivery of 18 Young Cultural Creators (YCC) schemes across the English regions, which will help young people in Pupil Referral Units to write poetry inspired by museum and archive collections.
